- Review your medical history and current use of health care services.
- Identify specific health insurance benefits that are important to you.
- Prepare a comparison of two or more insurance options displaying a summary of plan benefits, premiums, and likely underwriting outcomes for your review.
- Provide you with the appropriate application and plan books and assist you in completing the application process for the plan you choose.
- Expedite and monitor the application submission using Internet access where available, reporting the progress , issues, and final determination to you.
- Assist you with future health insurance needs.
As the client, your responsibilities are:

- Read the insurance carrier‘s plan descriptions we provide for you. (Especially the inclusion and exclusion areas)
- Ask about anything you don‘t understand.
